“Surdotelephone” project with convolutional neural network

The problem of the adaptation of disabled people in society has become very relevant nowadays. All new technologies are being invented to help such people. In emergency situations, they need to contact the relevant services on time, as well as transfer their location to them. The article describes the design and development of the algorithm for recognizing dactyl signs of sign language based on a convolutional neural network. This work has a direction in the field of telecommunications, as well as in the field navigation algorim.
