A wearable NFC wristband for remote home automation system

Near Field Communication (NFC) is a short-range remote device innovation that is normally under 10m. It is a form of communication established with the contact between two electronic devices. This technology is a result of the advancement in the use of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and a chip. NFC's has seen a wide range of applicability for both personal uses, as well as commercial purposes. We present an innovative, easy to use, near field communication chip embedded wristband, which will help in the home automation system. The benefit of a traditional locating-wristband, we have developed a new solution that adopts a near field communication (NFC) technique in smart cities, which would make our life easier and comfortable.
