EEPROM memory block for use in a micro-power RFID tag

At present days semiconductor memory is a basic semiconductor industry component. It is associated with abundant usage of semiconductor memory in the quality of self-sufficient IC chips, used to transfer information between hardware devices, as well as built-in memory of a widespread class of semiconductor devices. Relevance is attributed to the appearance of IC chips, constructed using proprietary production process of nanometer memory, on a domestic market. The article is concerned with development of Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) cell with a control unit for using in micropower computing devices based on 180-nm CMOS technology.
