Performance improvement of power system with power quality features using recent power generation techniques

DVR it is a custom device used to utilize and mitigate power voltage at terminal. It is important, because of introducing special and sophisticated components, whose efficiency and performance related to quality and sensitive for power generation and supply. Quality of power problems has been a manifested for the occurrence in voltage generation, frequency or current that will result in failure at user equipment's. The main issue that we are dealing with is sag voltage. To evaluate the problem power custom devices is used. One such device used is Dynamic Voltage Restorer (DVR), which is used for distribution power networks. Our paper proposes an injected DVR voltage supplied with series voltage through transformer injection for correcting amplitude voltage, harmonic and phase component on lines. We present analysis and simulation of DVRwith load dynamic and load RLC for fault conditions using SIMULINK/MATLAB. This is used to enhance and construct sage voltage capabilities in DVR. Our paper deals with Structure controller development based on PI controller.
