Self-oscillating mixer using active antenna with parasitic elements

This paper proposes the self-oscillating mixer using the coplanar waveguide-fed active antenna with the parasitic elements of half-wavelength dipole placed above the oscillator, in order to improve the antenna gain. This paper describes the characteristic of this active antenna experimentally.
