Improving organizational knowledge management (KM) through cloud based platform in higher education

An organization knowledge management (KM) portal is essential to provide adequate knowledge to simplify and improve the process of work to be more effective in the organization. The article applies online KM portal to cover major functions of the university, with using cloud paradigm. The reason for the investigation is to break down how the cloud based association learning entrance empowers to enhance the execution of college staffs all the more successfully. Effective organization KM portal should contain all necessary knowledge that enable to enrich and to assist the staffs in each department enable to carry their task effectively. The objective of the study is to assist the university knowledge architect to develop an effective knowledge strategy that enables to promote effective work and better distribution of knowledge.
