Some problems of the partial opening of the electricity market

The opening of the electricity market requires changes in the structure and operation of the power system. This paper deals with the possible minimization of the costs occurring at the partial opening of the market and the relationship of the electricity cost and availability of supply for customers connected to different network sources.
