There are huge requirement of nanotechnology in computing and information technology. Nanotechnology has wider scope in computing specially in core computing i.e. use of nano-materials rather silicon chip. The architecture of cloud basically uses less and minimum uses of computer, hardware as well as IT Delivery and in this case application of Nanotechnology are no doubt important and valuable. In recent past Nanotechnology has also created a new avenue for another IT technology i.e. Big Data.
