A short and effective method for the identification of personal motivation values of electrical engineering students at TWR

In presenting Entreprenurship Training to Electrical Engineering students at TWR (Technikon Witwatersrand), we make use of a very effective, simple and short method. With this a student can identify his/her inherent values so that when it comes to choosing a business and writing a business plan they do so from a position of real (inner) motivation. These values can also be used to assist the student in choosing the right job when seeking employment.
