CAN BUS analyzer using modular instrumentation

This paper deals with analysis of CAN BUS using modular measurement system CompactRio from National Instruments and graphical development environment LabVIEW. The main advantage of using this system is that user can receive and transmit CAN messages in one window of program. Send all types of CAN BUS frames is possible. Another benefit is that is possible to simulate behavior of sensor or control unit which are described by mathematical functions.
