Control model of the roller shutter on cloudy days

This paper introduces the mathematical model of office electric roller shutters movement tracks based on CIE overcast model and analyses factors affecting electric roller shutter height. The algorithm of roller shutters control and its application in intelligent building are put forward further. Building the space model, establishing the simulation model based on DIALux and calculating roller shutter height in model by MATLAB to get the trajectory calculation and simulation data of its movement tracks, which could achieve high precision by comparative analysis. When it is cloudy, regarding the window as a branch of the uniform surface light source to get desktop illumination calculation formula by measuring the window illumination and using the calculation formula of Lambertian radiator. And the error between calculation results and simulation results need to be kept below 5%. This kind of control algorithm can make full use of sunlight, in the meantime, it makes the office meet the illumination standard, which is green, energy-saving, practical and high precision.
