Computer system for nanostructured ceramic materials quality control

There has been described a functional structure of the computer system allowing conducting researches and quality control of the nanostructured production with high operational characteristics on the basis of mathematical model of key process of ceramic materials agglomeration. The mathematical model reflects regularities of solid-phase and liquid-phase agglomeration and allows to model synthesis of the new nanostructured ceramic materials. The use of this system at the modern enterprises of ceramic industry allows to reduce marriage of finished products and to reduce costs of carrying out natural experiments with new types of materials owing to a possibility of a computer research of dependences of quality indicators on properties of materials and regime parameters of process on mathematical models.
