Towards a decision support system, based on the systemic and multi-agent approaches for organizational performance evaluation of a risk management unit: Banks case

Through this contribution, we are trying to propose a methodological approach based on the systemic thinking and decision support systems that will allow us to analyze and evaluate the organizational performance of a risk management unit within Banks. The proposed approach will study and simulate risk management processes while the simulation tool is based on the concept of Artificial Intelligence in which we will integrate the performance measurement indicators in order to identify the failures of the unit.
