From the young professional point of view, engineering management consists of skills that are based on engineering knowledge and soft skills such as adaptability, communication, project management, and many other complementary skills that are stated ahead. Soft skills are attracting widespread interest due to the importance of the management. Today, many well-known CEOs have engineering education in their backgrounds, which is not surprising.
