Comparative systems analysis for skin response signal processing

In this paper two acquisition and monitoring systems for electrodermal response are presented. One system is done with an Arduino data acquisition board that has a WiFi module integrated. The second system is based on a data acquisition board that has a dedicated platform for acquiring biological signals integrated, produced by Libelium. The data acquired are transmitted to the computer through a WiFi communication protocol for the first constructive variant and an USB for the second one. The aim of the experiment is to determine the electrodermal response signal fidelity if is acquired using a dedicated board in comparison with the data acquired with a general board.
