Galvanic intrabody communication for brain stimulation: A finite-element simulation study

This paper proposes a feasibility study of galvanic-coupled intrabody communication applied to brain stimulation. A computational model of the human head based on the finite element method allows the analysis of electric field and current density through the brain tissues and the derivation of conclusions about key parameters like frequency or electrode configuration.
