E-commerce supply chain coordination under demand influenced by historical sales rate

Nowadays, E-Commerce has become the main choice of consumers. However, online consumers are more likely to be affected by other consumers. And In this condition supply chain decision-making are need to be discussed. We build a two-period supply chain model based on e-platform, and the willingness for purchase will influenced by former period's sales rate. Decision-making are discussed in both certainty demand and random demand scenarios. Firstly, on deterministic demand scenario, we studied on the short-term cooperation and the long-term cooperation between two supply chain members. And then, on random demand scenario, we also use revenue sharing contract to coordination the supply chain. We find that revenue sharing contract can coordinate the supply chain in deterministic models, but a transfer payment are needed; However, in stochastic demand model, we find that the degree of how the first period's sales rate effect the second period will takes effect on whether supply chain can get optimal value or not.
