Real time indoor measurement of 2G, 3G and LTE mobile networks in Malaysia

Signal strength measurement is conducted in selected building in Damansara, Malaysia using software called Nemo Handy which installed on smartphone. Floor plans of each level of the building were taken from the Building Management. These floor plans are inserted into Nemo Handy and walk test is done on each floor. Every result of each measurement in terms of 2G, 3G and LTE were taken. Simulation of the results of current signal strength on each floor of the building was simulated using Nemo Analyzer. The simulation result will be analyze and concluded. From the results that produce from the walk test, it will show the current signal strength inside the building either the signal is excellent or bad. The result of the current signals on the building will help service providers to locate suitable antennas inside the building as in to give users outstanding signals to be used even in peak time.
