Health Bio Info Technomics: Strategy for Clinical Practice at the Point of Care

In 2008 the WABT Academy (NGO founded under the aegis of UNESCO in Paris in 1997), has promoted the launching of the WABIT - World Association of Bio Info Technologies - World Association of Bio Info Technomics (French Denomination "Association Mondiale des Sciences BioInformatiques et BioTechnologiques", Italian Denomination - "Associazione Mondiale delle Scienze BioInformatiche e BioTechnologiche") in Global Health Economy. The Design and the Scope of this new Organization is to bridge scientific and technical communities on the Convergence of BioInformatics with BioTechnologies as applied to Bio and Human Genetics and Stem Cells for Gene and Cell Therapy. This will facilitate the generation of new Knowledge and to propose Innovative Solutions in the Field of Human Health Medicine, especially in Preventative Medicine and in Regenerative and Personalized Therapies, as well as the furtherance of Global Health Policies. The New Advances in Researches supporting implementation in Regenerative Medicine are based on the Capability to induce, produce and extract Autologous Materials, as fluids, molecules, Cells and Tissues from the Donor to be reinjected in the same Recipient, after processing, amplification and enrichment. Due to the multiple utilization of the samples for medium term treatments including for cross-matching and genetic data-base screening, new Models of Clinical Hubs can be designed, based on the Integration of BioBanking and Clinical Regenerative Centers for Therapies at the Point of Care. The use of Autologous Adult Stem Cells, as Fat Tissue derived ASCs (Adipose Tissue Stem Cells) and ADRCs (Adipose - Derived Regenerative Cells), generically indicated as AMSCs, offers, at the present time, a strong ground to realize Autologous Adult Stem Cell Therapy and Tissue Engineering in Healthy and Non-Healthy Donors/Recipients in relevant fields of Application in Medicine and Surgery. These Relevant New Models of Translational Clinical Research Projects and Trials will support in the next future the Implementation of Innovative HealthCare Policies.
