Random vibration reliability analysis of disc magazine based on the peak beyond method

In order to analyze the effect of random vibration on the accuracy of disc magazine in tool changing process, dimensionless dynamics model of tool change system is established, using the model to study the random vibration of disc magazine in tool changing process. Through the study of peak beyond as basis failure criterion for evaluation of vibration reliability, a vibration reliability analysis method is developed by using the peak beyond method to evaluate the system reliability. And the vibration reliability of a disc magazine is calculated by Matlab simulation, the calculation results show that the randomness of system parameters in a controllable range can ensure the system vibration reliability.
