The scientific development of brazing technology electronic devices

In the approximation of absence of heat exchange with air soldering rod and wire of constant cross-sectional area of the obtained analytical dependences, allowing to determine the temperature of the soldering depending on the thermophysical and geometrical parameters of the soldering tool and solder joints. The theoretical values within the error of the experiment coincide with the experimental data. The research results are introduced in serial production of electronic devices for military, space and medical purposes. The research results are tested in mass production of products for various purposes. High quality brazed joints performed according to the recommendations of the conducted studies confirmed the complex test automation units in terms of resistance to the effects of mechanical stress, the test devices for military, space and medical appointments experienced by storage and reliability, verification of mechanical strength of several hundred soldered joints, visual inspection of several tens of thousands of brazed joints, examination of thin sections of solder joints, forms solder joints, the study of gap boundaries of the brazed joints.
