Telemeetings: managing the temporal structure

The paper presents a prototype system for modeling and managing the complete life-time of telemeetings/teleconferences. The system is called TeME (Telemeeting Management Environment). TeME implements both session services and meeting services. The paper considers the implementation of the audio communication service of TeME.
