A complex system perspective of technology acceptance and diffusion for mobile banking

Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) has been used to study the adoption of mobile banking. However, TAM and the adoption of mobile banking have not been considered in a complex system. This study proposes the framework for the adoption of mobile in a complex perspective. The framework is described as a technology delivery system where each section of the technology delivery system has its elements. These elements influence each other and the elements of other sections producing a complex system.
