Human Resource Allocation Combined with Team Formation

Human resource allocation problem is a social problem that has been studied extensively. Aimed at the allocation of human resources, this paper proposed a reasonable mechanism of human resource allocation in which human resource allocation is regarded as the formation of multiple teams. First, tasks submit the skills that they require to the mechanism, and then the mechanism sorts the tasks in a descending order on the basis of working strength. Second, calculate the contribution of the agents according to the sort of task, and sort descending basis on the contribution of agents. Final, choose the agents, who have greater contribution than others as the members of group to complete the task. After the formation of group we propose a second distribution of agents according to the skill contribution. Through the simulation experiment, demonstrates the distribution process of agents and verity that this mechanism satisfies the demand of tasks, and optimize the scheduling to achieve the maximum efficiency of the team.
