The optimized selection methods of marine search and rescue ships

In maritime search and rescue, selecting the appropriate ships to operate search and rescue, are very important in life rescue and property salvage. According to the modern decision theory and fuzzy mathematics evaluation method on the different factors of ships (the professional degree, and the response time, etc.), this paper applies three kinds of multi-objective optimized selection method of maritime search and rescue ships. The first uses multi-attributte weighted decision and evaluation method, in which the attribute weights are scored via the expert method. The second employs the Hamming distance combined the negative exponential satisfaction degree curves with importance degree comprehensive evaluation method, in which the attribute weights are computed by the negative exponential satisfaction degree distribution curves. The third is the fuzzy similar priority ratio evaluation method, consisting of corresponding mathematical models, the application of priority ration evaluation, and the comprehensive ranking and the weight ranking method. Besides, this paper has put forward several measures to improve the three methods, which make these methods more objective and reasonable. On this basis, compared with the results of the three methods, it proves that in the maritime search and rescue, the three methods are feasible, and the time factor is the most important factor to decide the ship selection.
