Strength of vacuum gap with film electrodes

The experimental data on impulsive electric strength of vacuum gaps with film electrodes conditioned with nanosecond pulses of duration equal to the breakdown delay time are presented. The conformity of the results for the film electrodes to all-metallic ones are shown.
