Dielectric relaxation in polypropylene copolymers with legume

The complex permittivity of a polymeric material versus the frequency is presented. An experimental study on polypropylene samples, purposely processed with different concentration of a particular legume is presented and discussed. Starting from experimental data; an electrical equivalent circuit for each materials can be established. The Jonscher universal dielectric response theory is applied to evaluate the experimental results.
