A fast algorithm for simulating Doppler spectra of targets with rotating parts using the shooting and bouncing ray technique

We present a fast algorithm for the shooting and bouncing ray technique to simulate the Doppler spectra of targets with rotating parts. The fast algorithm gives an order of magnitude speedup in computation time while maintaining good agreement with the brute-force results.
