Integrating functional components into microfluidic channels by laser nanofabrication technologies toward high-performance LoCs

As a powerful 3D processing tool, femtosecond laser fabrication shows great potential to prototype various micronanostructures towards a wide range of applications. Herein, we introduced the nanofabrication of high-performance microfluidic chip through integrating functional components.
