Creating a useful mission planning system for the F15-E of 2000

Summary form only given as follows. The USAF F-15E community relies on a problem-plagued workstation network for mission planning. This paper describes the effort to develop and deploy a PC based system for a typical F-15E squadron. The system and lessons learned are the basis for recommendations on mission planning systems within the USAF.
