The Evolution of Online Social Networks: A tutorial survey

The ideas discussed in this article encapsulate research questions surrounding the dynamics of social networking and social cognitive theory. Economic behavior in an online social network is investigated and the impact of incentives on user activity is examined for different experimental designs such as single unit and multiunit auctions.
