Research of the Automatic Shrinking-Film Labeling Machine Based on the Data Bus

This paper introduces a specific object-oriented, automatic shrinking-film labeling machine control system based on the data bus. It analyzes the structure, control requirements and motion regulation of the shrinking-film labeling machine. It builds the mathematical model of the servo motor and the system, builds the experimental platform. Multiple sets of experimental datas and curves are obtained after several experiments. The control system is reliability, and can greatly improve production efficiency.
