Strategic, theoretical and experimental bases are developed for accelerated testing technique using physical modeling in the laboratory to demonstrate the influence of mechanical and environmental factors under operating conditions. This combination permits the acceleration testing and evaluation of the dynamics of reliability and other aspects of quality.
