Application of the EHTP methodology to plan primary health care services in Mozambique

The objective of the field test was the assessment of the EHTP methodology and tool to plan and project resource requirements for activities and interventions for a new Voluntary Counselling and Testing (VCT) Clinic at the Primary Health Care Level in Mozambique.
