PC's for AP and Other EM Reflections

Topics discussed in this last column of 1996 include a new CD-ROM CEM package; a source of other CD-ROM products; some other CEM softwme; using the Web for making travel arrangements; two phone-search packages; and a modest comparison of the Macintosh and PC operating systems.
