Research on Operational Mode of Small and Medium-Sized Logistics Enterprises Symbiotic System

The small and medium-sized logistics enterprises are the main body in China's logistics industry. In the increasingly open logistics market in China, whether small and medium -sized logistics enterprises can develop and improve overall competitiveness is the key for the rapid growth of China's logistics industry. This paper analyzes growth of small and medium-sized enterprises based on the enterprise symbiosis theory. It explains the formation and operational system of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises symbiotic system with a view to provide theoretical basis for the growth of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises.
