Critical current measurements in single crystals and single-grain boundaries in YBa2Cu3O7 films

The temperature, magnetic field, and orientation dependence of the critical current density of superconducting YBa
2
Cu
3
O
7
films have been determined from transport measurements. The results support a model of flux creep within single grains and weak-link coupling across grain boundaries.
