Metadata construction mechanism for classification of web accessed videos

This paper explores mechanisms to give meaning to videos that are generated for the Web and to classify and identify resources beyond the text. The work is primarily about Web sites where the video is an essential resource. Those sites where the video is the only resource involving all the content is beyond the scope of this paper.
