Information overload in management and business

The paper considers three dimensions of management research into information overload: personal information overload problems; organizational information overload; and customer information overload. There is little overlap between the research groups working in each area, work in each area focuses broadly on causes of information overload, its effects and where appropriate suggests solutions.
