Optical patten based phase sensitive optical switching in semiconductor microresonators

In this work, we focus on Multi Quantum Well (MQW) as a semiconductor structure which is orthogonal to the direction of the propagation of the radiation inside the microresonator in active configuration. Using this system with homogenous solutions, different types of optical patterns have been created. Finally we used here a spatial phase perturbation method for selecting and controlling optical patterns. Using this method we could make an all-optical switching.
