Parametrization of all strictly proper stabilizing controllers

In the framework of the factorization approach, we give a parameterization of all stabilizing controllers with some fixed precompensator for single-input single-output systems. By using this parametrization, we give a parameterization of all strictly causal stabilizing controllers.
