Avionics-Universal Connector Tester

A universal connector has been developed as an electrical interface between automatic testers and the avionics packages and their modular subassemblies. This universal connector incorporates spring-loaded zero-entry contacts with compliant tips. This single interface will electrically connect a large assortment of connectors with different pitch, row spacing-in-line or staggered, various contact diameter or shape-whether male or female.
