Low Frequency Extension of TSD Characterization

The TSD characterization technique is frequency band limited the by the Delay line's length. As the length approaches a multiple of 180 degree the technique begins to have problems. This results from the T matrix of the delay being multiplied by the inverse T matrix of the Thru.
