Back to the future: a perspective (defense spending)

The impact of declines in defense spending on industry is considered. Cutbacks following World War II and the Korean and Vietnam Wars are examined in an attempt to assess what the effect would be if the current reduction in defense budget growth proves to be another decline rather than a plateau.<
