Integral-Optic Switching Structures with the Photosensetive Layer on the Base of Bacteriorhodopsine

Using numerical method the field distribution in the integral-optic switching structures of the three kinds with the photosensitive layer on the base of BR, the disperse characteristics and the localization energy coefficients in the waveguide were calculated. The calculation results were presented.
