International comparison of standard capacitors in Asia/Pacific metrology programme

An international comparison of standard capacitors in the Asia/Pacific Metrology Programme (APMP) has been carried out. The standards laboratories of eleven countries have participated in the comparison. A new 10-pF capacitor was fabricated, and the commercial 100-pF and 1000-pF capacitors were modified for use as the travelling standards. This comparison started in July 1991, and is expected to be completed before April 1994.<
