Tradeoffs and Choices for Emerging SoCs in High-End Applications

Design and manufacturing flows and methodologies are directly impacted by the demand for emerging SoCs with increasing performance and parallelism. Moving to new semiconductor technology nodes can significantly affect the choices of suppliers.
