Feedback stabilization of linear diffusion systems with periodically scanning sensors

The feedback stabilization of linear diffusion systems with periodically scanning sensors is considered. The control inputs to the system are given by the feedback of the Sakawa-type observer output. In this case, since the output operator becomes time-periodic, the characteristic multiplier assignment is used to design the observer, and the bounded perturbation theorem of the evolution operators is used to prove the closed-loop stability.<
