The method of determining the index weight in the synthetic evaluation on environmental impact affected by highway

Environment impact evaluation is very important for road construction and feasibility research. The quality of evaluation is affected mostly by the index weight in the synthetic system. When the expert can't determine the index weight by experience, It become a confusing problem that how to explore the standard for determining the index weight. A method based on attribute math is given out in this paper. First single index and multi-index attribute measure function mode are established, Then Attribute recognized criteria and method of establishing index weight are presented, It is has been proved better than other methods.
