Both active and reactive power and energy transfer standard

A thermal converter to DC voltage, with 10-ppm accuracy and a frequency range of 0-200 kHz, which can be used for active power measurements, has been developed using an infrared thermal converter. Moreover, a proposal for implementing, with lower accuracy, the converter for energy and reactive power is also illustrated.<
